About Anger:

It’s perfectly reasonable to become upset or angry, it is a primary emotion. Nevertheless, if your anger regularly becomes out of control and you have no idea of how to manage it, may be it is time to gain professional help.
You may be unaware that anger has several stages. Anger can start with mild annoyance and end in what we call “rage state”. How quickly you go from mild annoyance to “rage state” is one of the things that determines whether you need professional help or not. If you go from mild annoyance to rage quickly then it’s time to seek professional help.

How anger management can help:
In our experience, anger often masks other issues. Anger is often a symptom of something that may be going wrong for you that you feel you cannot talk about. Anger management can give you the opportunity to understand more about yourself and why you become angry. Indeed, anger is often a symptom of issues, and hurts which may have lied unrecognised or talked about , In some cases for years.
